    Race With Us!

    We are Rundezvous, Inc. (RDV).

     

    With our passion for running and multisports, it is our mission to share this fervor by staging events and collaborating ideas about races-- for the greater satisfaction of our runners/participants--our way of paying it forward.

     

    We aspire to be the preferred events management company for small and medium organizations and give that extra mile. We envision our events as beyond basics made by the runners for the runners.

     

    We are a SEC-registered corporation with a lean staff handling operations, marketing and financials.

    Rundezvous Inc offers a full range of services for varying clientele needs and requirements. Some prefers it cozy and private like launching products and campaigns or simply having a corporate fun run. Quite a number ask for full-service, wanting to avoid the hassle and stress of doing the pre-race procedures or the marketing effort. Just a few want us purely for race management in which case we have a staff steeped into logistical field work, from Race Directors to seasoned race marshals.

    Run With Chiz 2016

    Volunteerism at its Best

    Over 3000 runners showed their support and volunteerism for Senator's Chiz Escudero's campaign for the VP seat as well as clean and honest elections. The Quezon Memorial Circle became a festive venue of reds and blues!

    Run for Your Future Trilogy

    The Integrated Seafarers of the Philippines (ISP) and Media Vessel TV and Event Productions will be joining forces through a fun run – Run 4 ÜR Future (Live. Save. Give) – to promote self-empowerment among OFWs and Seafarers.

    Run 4 ÜR Future is a race-series which will take place nationwide on July 17 (Davao People’s Park), July 31 (Cebu Business Park), August 28 (Manila SM By The Bay). The race features the following distances: 16K, 10K, 5K, and 3K categories, expected to attract an estimate of 1,000 – 3,000 participants per venue from Maritime Schools, Training Centers, land- based and sea-based Manning Companies of OFWs and running enthusiasts.

    Go100 Fun Run

    This fun run of 3K and 5K kicks off the centennial celebration of the Malate Catholic School in 2017.

    Almost 4000 students, alumni and public runners converged at historic Malate in San Andres last November 27, 2016, to support being 100% of themselves by being environment-friendly.

    LBP Fun Run

    The Land Bank of the Phils Main Office in Manila chose Camp Aguinaldo to have its annual corporate funrun!

    The ambiance was young and party-like but we didn't realize many LBP employees were actually very competitive 7.5K and 15K runners!

    2012 Navy Run: Run. Rescue. Assist.

    Helping the Naval Reserve Command promote its rescue objectives especially during times of crisis.

    A small contingent of runners doing 3k, 5k, 10k and teams inside the Bonifacio Naval Station is nothing short of fun and competition.

    Run for Orphans 2017

    In partnership with the Office of the Inspector General (OTIG) and AFP EBSO (Educational Benefit System Office), this testimonial race at Camp Aguinaldo brought almost 2,000 soldiers and civilians together in a weekday race. Runners got their special hot "lugaw" (rice porridge) after a great running workout.

    TNT Tropa Run Speed Appventure

    Held at picturesque Antipolo, just a few kilometers east of Manila, the TNT Tropa Run promised a fun run with apps-ventures along the hilly route. That Saturday became memorable for the 2,000 participants as they got great freebies in their lootbags and a chosen lucky few won 25 Smart LTE phones!

    We gather the basics: venue, date of the event and logistics, develop a mutually beneficial contract and sign our commitment in blood!

     

    Timeline: Week 1-2

    Conceptualize

    Let's talk about what you want in your race in details: theme, design, target number of runners, target participants, target sponsors.

     

    Timeline: Week 2-3

    Recon and Logistics

    The Race Director makes 3-5 surveys to ensure ample logistical support especially in terms of routes, hydration and directional markers.

     

    Timeline: Week Week 3-5

    Sponsorship & Marketing

    At the heart of every event is the depth and breath of support from partners and sponsors. Marketing the race with sponsors is the best way to assure participation into the race.

     

    Timeline: Week 5-10

    Production of Materials to Registration

    • Let's start producing the bibs, timing devices, singlets, flyers, posters. 
    • We extend to your customers in several social networks and we visit the venue for further requirements.
    • We open registration and finalize the database of runners.
    • We prepare other race collaterals.

     

    Timeline: Week 6-10

    Race briefing -- to Race Advisories

    We meet the organizers and partners of the race to brief the program. We orient our marshals, runners and the people behind the race.

     

    Timeline: Week 10-11
